1. Returns Eligibility:

We do not accept returns for items damaged during transit or missing items unless accompanied by a video recording of the unboxing process from start to end, including any pauses or cuts. This video must clearly show the condition of the parcel and its contents upon receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. Refund Process:

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2 days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
